               Mitchell L. Lathrop has been practicing law for over 50
               years and  is a  qualified domestic and  international
               arbitrator based in San  Diego. He  has  successfully
               handled over 100 mediations and arbitrations, serving as
               the sole arbitrator, counsel, or neutral. Mr. Lathrop focuses
               his practice on domestic and international arbitration and
mediation in the areas of banking, business and commercial matters, class
actions, complex civil litigation, environmental, insurance coverage and
bad  faith, international law, professional liability, reinsurance and
securities.




Daniela Karollus-Bruner is a partner at CMS, where she
leads the Dispute Resolution Practice Group  and the
Insurance Law   team. She  is also a member   of the
Corporate and  Commercial  Law teams. She  has more
than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Vienna and Linz
conducting complex litigation and arbitration proceedings
for companies in a wide range of industries, in particular energy, media,
banking, financial services, and insurance. She represents Austrian and
international clients in court and arbitration proceedings, in particular, in tort,
contract, product liability, corporate and competition law.
