Editors' Note
We are pleased to announce that Peter C. Ordeshook, Professor of Political Science at the
Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences, California Institute of Technology, has
agreed to join us as North American editor of Constitutional Political Economy. As one of
the most prominent scholars in the overlapping field of Political Science and Public Choice
Economics, and as a leading expert in constitutional analysis, he will add significantly to
the profile of this journal. As of now, manuscripts can be submitted in triplicate to either
one of the three editors.
Peter Ordeshook replaces Richard E. Wagner who decided, after eight years of service as
editor of CPE, to move on to other projects. Richard Wagner has played a most significant
role in starting this journal and in building up its reputation. We wish to thank him for his
important contributions during the formative years of the journal's development, and we are
grateful for being able to build on the foundations that he has helped to lay. We appreciate
very much that he is willing to continue to lend us his support as member of the editorial
board.
We are also pleased to announce that Richard P. Adelstein, Professor of Economics at
Weslyan University, has come on board as book review editor.
