handle is hein.journals/cnsldig7 and id is 1 raw text is: Streamlining the Questionnaire Process: Windows Version of the Annual Questionnaire Currently, as part of the accreditation process, the Consultant's Office requires all the law schools to complete various questionnaires. Most of the ques- tionnaires are done in a hard copy format. The main exception is the Annual Questionnaire which is by far the largest questionnaire required by our office. Although each questionnaire has its own purpose, schools are often required to provide the same infor- mation more than once. In an effort to streamline the questionnaire process, we have decided to imple- ment some significant changes that should make life easier for everyoneinvolved. First, we will make the transition from DOS based software to a Windows based application. Second, we will begin to inte- grate all the ABA questionnaires into one applica- tion. The new integrated software should eliminate duplication. Moreover, the software will be de- signed so that data that does not change will not have to be reentered each year. The goal of the new integrated system is to help each law school com- plete the questionnaires accurately, by making the computer software extremely easy to use. Beginning this fall, the 1997 version of the Annual Questionnaire software will be available in the Windows format.
