State v. Lyon, 584 P.2d 844 (Utah 1978). The defendant was convicted
of evading a police officer and he appealed. The state supreme court vacated
his conviction, holding that his arrest by a college security officer several
blocks from the college campus was not required for the protection of the
college's interests, property, students or employees.
