Our Association has been successful because the founding members believed in goals and objectives. As we begin our 51 st year we should all be proud of our accomplishments and the legacy we have left in the Chicago legal commu- nity. What a job the 50th Anniversary committee did to put together the history of CALL, the celebration of CALL and the Gala. Thank you from the membership. Be sure to read the Long Range Plan that is included in this issue of the Bulletin, you'll get an idea of the goals CALL hopes to attain in the next few years. If you feel strongly about one of the committee topics such as Public Affairs, Public Relations, the Internet or the Union List get your name on the committee as someone that can be called on to offer ideas or lend a helping hand. Joining a committee does not have to take that much time and often all that is needed is your input. None of these goals can be attained without the help of the entire membership. There is a volunteer form included is this issue. I am excited about CALL once again having an exhibit at the AALL Conference. One of the CALL street banners that was on display on Clark Street in March will be hung in the convention center. I know that it will be noticed and I am sure it will be the envy of the conference, as is fitting for our anniversary. CALL will kick off the conference with a no- host dinner, on Saturday July 19. If you are in Baltimore drop by, it should be lots of fun and non-CALL members will be there too.
