Crenshaw (Minor '08) A Tested Program ALBERT CHANDLER The following program stems from the promise of the preamble of the Phi Delta Phi constitution to promote a higher standard of culture in this and other law schools. That is, to supplement the work of the law school by giving our members something practical out- side of the curriculum. God knows that something of the sort is needed, seeing how green the graduate usu- ally is when he comes to the bar. This program has been employed successfully again and again, its only defect being that it requires some officer of the inn to measure up to his responsibilities and arrange it; its merit is that it supplies a defect in the course of study in most law schools, which fail to give the student any close ac-
