    The University ofLouisville Law Review (USPS 353-150) (ISSN 1942-9274)  is
published three times each year by the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis
School of Law,  2301 South Third Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40292. The Law

    Unsolicited manuscripts will be considered for publication. The  preferred
method  for submission is ExpressO  or Scholastica, though manuscripts may be
submitted by e-mail to lawreviewsubmissions@louisville.edu, or, if an electronic
version of the article is enclosed, by mail to the Article Selection Editor at the Law
Review  address if submission through ExpressO or Scholastica is not feasible. All
manuscripts must be in the most recent version of Microsoft Word. Footnotes and
other citations must conform  to The Bluebook:  A  Uniform System  of Citation
(Columbia  Law Review  Ass'n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015).

    The  Law  Review does not consider submissions written by outside students.
Also, except under unusual circumstances, the Law Review does not publish articles
that have appeared or are scheduled to appear in other publications or that have
been  authored by  someone  other than  a full-time law faculty member  at an
American   Bar Association accredited law school.  More  information regarding
manuscript   submission   and   upcoming    issues  is   available  online  at
http://www.louisvillelawreview.org.

     Subscription rates for the Law Review are $46.00 per volume  (three issues
 annually) if shipped inside the contiguous United States; $84.00 per volume if
 shipped outside the contiguous United States; or $16.50 per issue plus shipping.

     The  Law  Review may  not  grant permission for reproduction of individual
 articles or student works. For permission to reproduce individual articles or student
 works, please contact authors directly. Issues and volumes prior to Volume 39 are
