All manuscripts must be in the most recent version of Microsoft Word. Footnotes and other citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015). The Law Review does not consider submissions written by outside students. Also, except under unusual circumstances, the Law Review does not publish articles that have appeared or are scheduled to appear in other publications or that have been authored by someone other than a full-time law faculty member at an American Bar Association accredited law school.
