Este trabajo pretende dar respuesta a estas dudas prácticas en la aplicación del Reglamento 805/2004. En opinión del autor, la primera debe ser negativa con matizaciones y la segunda positiva. Se exponen las razones que fundan esta postura. Palabras clave: Título ejecutivo europeo para créditos no impugnados, auto despachando ejecución, decreto, monitorio. Abstract: May an enforcement order be certified as a European Enforcement Order? May a decree of the Registrar of a court, such as the one that ends the order for payment procedure in Spain, be certified as a European Enforcement Order as well? This work explains the author's opinion on the doubts in these matters while implementing the Regulation 805/2004. In his opinion, the answer should be negative in the first case, as a general rule, and positive in the second.
