CORRECTION
The word than was omitted from a sentence on page 805 of Paul
Crampton's article, Abuse of 'Dominance in Canada: Building on the
International Experience, 73 Antitrust LJ. 803 (2006). The sentence should
read: This test would focus upon whether prices would be substantially
higher, or levels of service, quality, variety, etc. substantially lower, than
in the absence of the impugned practices.
