The American Criminal Law Quarterly is a journal of professional information and
opinion. It is published by the American Bar Association Section of Criminal Law and The
University of Kansas School of Law in February, May, August and November. It is sent
without cost to all members of the Section of Criminal Law. Any member of the American
Bar Association may become a member of the Section upon payment of the annual dues of
$5.00. An attorney who is not a member of the Association will be sent its application form
upon receipt of the request for Section membership. Any person not eligible for membership
in the American Bar Association, or any institution, may obtain an annual subscription to the
American Criminal Law Quarterly for $6.00. Single copies, if available, may be obtained
for $1.50.
Remittance of annual dues of applicants for Section membership and payment for annual
subscriptions and single copies of the American Criminal Law Quarterly should be sent to
Director of Section Services, Section of Criminal Law, 1155 East 60th Street, Chicago,
Illinois 60637, and made payable to the American Bar Association.
Manuscripts submitted for publication in the American Criminal Law Quarterly should
