Agenda for Denver'
Leadership Meeting
Announced
Your registration materials are in the mail for the National
Young Lawyers Conference at the Denver Hilton, Denver, Col-
orado on October 14.16. The conference agenda reveals a
-broad spectrum of stimulating, timely discussion topics and
project workshops which are relevant to the needs of all young
lawyers.
Each morning you will discuss topics concerning the
organization and operation of a YLS. During the remainder of
the morning and the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to
attend model project presentations offered county fair style.
Various project presentations will be repeated simultaneously,
and you will select the presentations you wish to attend. Addi-
tional projects will be set up in booths and you are invited to
look through these materials and discuss the projects with the
project leader at each booth.
At the conclusion of the formal program Saturday afternoon,
you will have an opportunity to meet with project speakers In-
formally and talk about future projects for your affiliate.
The ABA-YLD will help defray the costs of attending the
meeting by providing a $50 per diem per delegate for each day
of the two-day conference. Room rates at the Denver Hilton are
$32/slngle and $42/double. This reimbursement is available for
two certified representatives from each affiliate. A delegate
must be certified by the chairperson of his or her affiliate to be
reimbursed. The ABA-YLD will also provide a complimentary
continental breakfast each day.
Your YLS should plan now to send at least two represen-
tatives to the Denver meeting. If you have not received a
registration form for the Denver meeting, please write or call
the ABA-YLD at 1155 East 60th Street, Chicago, IL 60637, (312)

The Affiliate Is published six times a year by the
Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Associa-
tion, 1155 East 60th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60637,
for the officers of the Division's state and local af-
filiated young lawyer groups.
