Headquarters Comments The following report is one of a series containing personality information provided by the source and includes supplemental information from the records of this Agency. It is requested that the addressees take no action on any of the individuals mentioned in the personality reports without first checking with this Agency. 1. Aldo RIVERE, alias Bromoo Seltzer, was a member of the Departamento de Seguridad del Estado (Department of State Security - DSE) in 1959. Although source has known RIVERE since 1956 hnd has not seen him since 1959, he does recall that RIVERE was sent to the Soviet Union to study aviation and that he might now possibly be in the Cuban Air Force. RIVERE was a .good friend of Norberto ILERNANDEZ Cubelo (see CSCI-316/01239-64, 12 October 1964). 2. RIVERE, a Caucasian, was born between 1935 and 1940. Ile is about six feet tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has a slim build.1 Headquarters Commentd 1.
