    SOURCE, A  former Cuban intelligence  officer who served  with the Cuban
            Intelligence  Service until  April 1964.


            Headquarters  Comment.  The  following is a  translation of a
            document  provided by .Source, containing the  policy guidance         9
            directive  of the Cuban General  Directorate of  Intelligence
            (Direccion  General de Inteligencia  - DGI), MA Department,
            for  uiban intelligence representatives  in Honduras-.  The MA
            Department  no longer exists  as such, having been  diyided
            into two departments:   Illegal  Department (Ilegal)  and
            Nationil Liberation  Department  (Liberacion Nacional  - LN).
