General  Directorate  of Intelligence's   (Direccion  General de
Inteligencia  -  DGI) !A Department  policy  guidance  for its
  Tuan intelligence  representatives  ii Mexico,  Central  America,
and  the Caribbean.   The MA Department   no longer  exists, as
such,  having been  divided  into two departments: Illegal
Department  (Tlegal), and the  National Liberation  Department
(Liberacion  Nacional  = LN).
