stated that the Cuban ;overn:nent was plann:ing to purchase as
many as 100.G-18's ad included in the purchasing mission
were Cesar ALARCON Fonseca. a Cuban aviation company pilot
and protege of Major Raul CASTRO Ruz, and Captain Victo- PI.I
Cardodo, an officer of the Fuerzas Aereas Revolucionarias
(Cuban Revolutionary Air Force - FAR).
2. An.other office of this A;ency, in a report dated April 1930,
reported that Cesar ALARCON _onseca rA-ceived pilot training
