        General Ditectorate of Intelligence's (Direccion General de
        Inteligencia )- G]  MA Department polcy  guidance for  is
        Cuban intelligence rcoresentatives in Mexico, Central America,
        and the Caribbean.  The MA Department no longer exists, as
        such, having been divided into two departments:  Illegal
        Department (Ilegal) ard the Natio.al Liberation Department
        (Liberacion Nacional - LN).
