1. Paragraph one of reference C should be modified to show that
SLOBODA knew Jchn T. Ossenbrink by trtw name as early as March 1960,
at which time Ossenbrink dealt with SLO30DA officially in the procuring
of East German city plane and other materials foFCg' IYK. Since
occupying tBI iAJHINK offices in late Kay of 1960, ossenbrink saw
SL0BODA about three times in the latter's office, each of which visits
concerned the acquisition of basi Intelligence materials (e.g., East
German telephone books, city plans, etc.). Ossenbrink did not indicate
to SLOBODA the reason for Ossenbrink's request for these materials, but
SLOBODA did know Oseenbrink's phone extension at Camp King, iince
Oseenbrink oooaeionally left word with SLOBODA for SLOIODA'a superior,
Kr. Len Keller, Chief of Publications Preoureaet Seotiam, to phone
Ossenbrink for official purposes.

2. Oseenbrink baa questioned all U3ARK CAEY5 staff nabere on
their knwledgo of SIOBODA, making use of a pho sgraph of SLOBODA for
this purpose. None had any personal contact with his; however, all
felt that they had seen his at the Canp King coffee bar. It should
be noted that many US Army military personnel at Camp Ki
official knowledge of the official and unofficial name of m (sees
attachment under separate cover), and at the K UARX[CA]MI staff
members are employees of L r-bigned to Car' Ling for work in
01-CA 9IK. The mane and mission of (CA $I3K is classified presently
C gOFIDE3TIAL - 10POR, which means tha4 the offioial nas and mission
o fLCAYHINK i widely known among other DS Army offices at Ca.ep King,
whih also had frequent occasion to deal with SL3h0DA's former office.
Moreover, in conversing with US Army personnel at the Camp King coffee
bar, it is conceivable that SLOBODA learned the true names of all
IUBARKCA)8IK personnel without their knowledge.
3. In summary, it appears that SLOBODA could have learned the
following about[CA II during the period harsh-Augwst 1960 -
