A! the Station was informed in reference B, JMZIP wishes to terminate its relationship with AJPAS/1 effective 1 January 1962 because of agent's loss of access to the target. According to reference C, the Station wishes to continue using AM1PAS/1 to satisfy general needs of the Station. It is therefore requested that effective 1 January 1962, all funds paid AMUPAS/l be charged to the lMexico City 0 and not to JZl?. If, prior to 1 January 1962 the Station decides to terminate AMUPAS/1, a bonus of $100 plus travel expenses 'to PBPRIIM are authortzed ' from JMZIP funds. 2.
