   - 4 May 1983 (0900 to 1300 Hours).

                  1. On 1 May 1983 I travelled to Harris
and attempted to contact Subject at his home a( I 0
at 1930 hours. Subject's son answered the door. a d vie tat his
father was out zor the evening and wasn't expected to return til 2200
. _ hours. At 2200 hours I returned to Subject's home to be advised that
           h. had not yet returned but was expected momentarily.: In view of the
late hour, I requested the son tel his father that a representative of
the United 8tates Gavernment had called and wished to speak to hich on
matters ps+etainlng to the situation in Cuba. I indicated I would return
 . - :about 2000 hours on2 May.

                  - . At 2000 hours on 3 May I called at Subject's home and found
im present. He was friendly and courteous, requesting that I come
. risto the home where I was introduced to his wife and several of his six
;. Mldren. He requested to see my KUBARtK Identification which ha gave
only a cursory glance before returning to ma. He then indicated his
Complete willIagness to supply any information known.to him on the Cuban
          : t nan and nermonatiea.

                  3. Subject and his wife make an excelent impression. They
proceeded to put me at ease, offered coffee, and generally showed them-
. selves to be excllent extroverted hosts. The subsequent conversation
_, ,, . lasted until approxImately 2345 hours and was somewhat general in nat'ure.
Basically we rehalsed information already provided by Subject during
his debriefing by U. S. authorities in. Miami and already reflected in his
      - _:al0 file. Subject was rather difficult to debriof in that his Englsh is
          * somewhat fractpred and he is extremely disorganized In hi. t,.nwght,.
hs a iie indency to deveiop-one theme which In turn will renrd him
