We have information from a reliable source that the Second
Secretary of the Cuba' isSion to the Uzited Natic3ns is in W.shington
on the basis of special instructions from Premier Fidel CastrC to
contact friends of Cuba. This individual has said that he is in
search of tenty names withheld from the report on a sassin-t ons.

name and says the person who comes lip with the names wou-1 also

beyen passtd to the FBI.
I would hopE in Jiow of this in-ormation that you-will rake all
appropriate measures to ensure that deleted names do not fall into the
hands of the Cubans.
