SUBJECT


         1.  Reference is made to your telephone  call of
25 April 1963.


          2.  On that date,   ent O'HARE contacted  ohn
 BARRY) the householder at    Eton Placd/0 Eastchester) N. Y.,
 to re-brief him ip accordance with Headquarters instructions.

          3.  BARRY)mediately   apologized for not contacting
 any one at     regarding an incident which occurred  on    06
 either Monday or Tuesday, 22 or 23 April.  According to CBARRY)
 on one of those dates the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper
 tried to telephonically contact @      6ARR  In thy absence of
(GARR) and his wife, the  Inquirer called CA1RY!) ext-door
neighbor,  Mrs. @erome STOCHAUS     of(12 Eton  laceJ and
inquired  about the SUBJECT.  0                00

                      4.  Mrs. CTOCKHAUSENsubsequently  informed BARR')
             wife that the Inquirer wanted to know such things as:
  DDS/IOS
  ADDS/IOS  .A. Who CARSWELL was?
  ASST/IOS                B.  Was he related to the CBA*?

  C/ID                    C.  When was the last time CARSWELL was seen

                          D.  Did the neighbor (CSTOCKHAUSE) know anything
   C/AB                       about CARSWELL in view of the  act that he
   C/PB                       was supposed to have lived at l14 Eton Place                   I
   C/SAB              5.  According toCBANu , Mrs.  TOCKHAUSENinformed  the
   C/S       Inquirer that she neither knew CARSWELL nor anything about him.
             He Advised further that when Mrs. CSTCKHAUSE  informed Mrs. (QLARRY)
