INS, Philadelphia, advised the only other witness
expected to be used by INS at subject's hearing is
ROBERT KARBOWSKY. KARBOWSKY is a former PCI of this office
who furnished information concerning association between
the subject and JANE COLLINS.
COLLINS presently is PH 665-C-TE.
KARBOWSKY is employed as chauffeur and handy-
man by JANE COLLINS and resides on same property as COLLINS
at Lake Ariel, Pa.
Because of confidential relationship of KARBOWSKY
with Bureau, it is recommended that information furnished by
him not be release to INS.
