On November 17, 1960, the Liaison Agent contactedClark SimmonsCntral Intelligence Agency (CIA), and inquired if was supporting the captioned organization or the report training 8 activities allegedly taking place in Florida. immon' ttention as directed to previously disseminated CIA informat reflecting 104jThat elements of the subject organization were being used within the VkFrente Revolucionario Democratico (FRD), an organization receiving 9 IA support. The Liaison Agent further commented that individuals R &mentioned in connection with the MDC activities such as General 'Martin Elena and Doctor Jose Ignacio Rasco have been key figures in 3 1 the FRD operations. Checks with FRD leaders failed to disclose any information to substantiate such a report.
