Portcwondo.and Rudol Fernanden .Thesb Cubans were; apparently put in.touch with Morison througka mutual friend, Mr. Gillespie, President of Dixie Industries Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. Fernandes Is reported to be a. resient of Teapa Florida. and Atlanta where hkno.Gil espe. These include a report 'Vhich the FBI has disseminated, according to Murphy, that a colonel in:the MVD (as reported) was still active in Cuba. -) 2. Tabernilla in the Dominican Republic. , According to Portouondo, if something is not done soon about the situation in Cuba, the government will be corn- pletely under Communist control within a few months. lie alleges that there axe ZOO.
