      7ne Subject is a covert employee of this Agency now in the
Y`ited `ates  for four weeks trainin- and being considered for
         Laff C/ICB in a highly se.sitive assignment. Immigration
- therities may submit questions throuah this Agency wh ich w'ill
r   -os-w ered by the Subject, but rectests to have the Subject tes-
tify in open court hearings must be refused.

weeks of covert trainingor 6 July 195L.


    b.  The Subject is presently under consideration by Staff
C/TCB for an assignment with a highly sensitive Project under
the supervision of Staff C/ICB. -Under this proposed assign-
ment any publicity or notoriety that the Subject would receive
from testifyinig publicly on questiors of Ponist  associations
of which he may ha're kn-wled:e wuld nltinately preclude his
fture  use with the Staff C project and would probably jeopar-
dis.e his future as a cov-ert enloyee of this Agency.
