The following information on the various topics as Indicated concerm basically those requirements which have dAdue to the fact that AMWIP-l was together In Europe with AoLASH-l, AWIP-l was debriefed on the requirements on the outside Chance that he might have Som complimentary information on then. A. Orlando Blanco, Cuban Diplomat In Bern, Switzerland,. AERIP-1 was una re to give any additional Information on Blanco as he had not met the man in Europe and does not remember having met him in Havana. (AMWHIP-1 stated that AMlASH-1 claimed that he (AMWIP-1) had In fact met Blanco a number of years ago In Havana, but AWBIP says he truly does not remember the man.) He stated that any additional Informationj on Blanco would have to come from either AXLASH-l or AMLASH-3. In approaching Blanco for cooperation, AfUHIP strongly U suggested that it would be best to use AIUASH-3 for- the Iitial contact, AMWHIP stated that BLANCO know AIASH-3 well and that he was a.trusted representative (and therefore anti- Castro) of AULASH-l, AWIp-l was told we were loocing into Blanco and also Into QUHOF6-l, Attache Cuban Em ay, Madrid.
