          Service until April  1964.


          Headquarters Comment.  The  following.is a translation of  a docu-    r
          ment which source provided  this Agency, concerning the General
          Directorate of Intelligence  (Direccion General de Inteligencia  -
          DGI), MA Department, policy  guidance directive for Cuban  Intelli-
          gence representatives in Costa  Rica.  The MA Department no  longer
          exists as such, having been  divided into two departments:   Illegal
          Department (legal)  and  the National Liberation Department
          (Liberacion Nacional - LN).
