1. Source does not Know the true name of Chino
(nicKname);, but said he is a member of the Direccio- Gcreral
de Inteligencia (General Directorate of Inteligence - DGI).
In 1959 and 1960 he was a policeman working in the Department
of Investigation of the Revolutionary Natice.il Police it ihe
15th or 16th Police Station.
2. Source described Chino as being abbut fEvr feet
nine inches tall, 145 pounds, looking Indiar, with a dark
complexion, blacK wavy hair, small eyes (pecuiIqr to Chirese
men), a lean face, and having a thin moustache.
