       Service until April  1964.

       The following  report is one of  a serie-s containing personality
       information provided  by the source  and includes supplemental
       information  from the records of  this Agency.

       It is requested  that the addressees  take no action on  any of
       the individuals mentioned  in the  personality reports  without
       first checking with  this Agency.


           Comandinte SUNOL,  on orders  from Fidel CASTRO, instructed
      Manuel  PINEIRO, by  letter (wnich source  saw), to arrange  for
      guerrilla  warfare  training in June or  July 1963, for  a Guatemalan
      named  Marco Antonio  LEON[ Agular  and  others whom CASTRO  had met
      in Moscow.1,2,3,4

      1.   In a report dated  13  ovvember 1959, a usually reliable  source
          stated  that a Cubar  schojl teacher  who volunteered her
          services  to the Department  of Tecnhical,  Material, and  Cultural
          assistance  for the  Farmers. wrote  a letter to the Chief  of
          the  National Revolutionary  Police  in which she informed  him
          that  Eddie SINOL,  an officer in the Cuban  Rebel Army, was
          aligned  with TRUJILLO,  the Dominican  dictator, against  the
          then  present Cuban  govornment.                       .

2.  Another  office of :t.is Agency reported  that an untested source,
    in a report  dated 21  June 1962, said  that Comandante Eddy  SUNOL
    Ricardo  was the foirer  chief of the 7th Military  District  and
    a veteran  PSP member in  Purnio, Holguin.   After leaving  the
