1, Paragraph one of reference C should be modified to show that
SLOB0DA knew Jchn T. Osaenbrink by trwuname as early as March 1960,
at which time Oasenbrink dealt with SLO3ODA officiallytin the procuring
of East German city plans and other materials fo C III. Since
occupying t~i( BN1 offices in late May of 1960 , senbrink saw
3SO8DA about three times in the latter's office, each of which visits
concerned the acquisition of basi Intelligence materials (e.g., East
German telephone books, city plans, etc.). Oseenbrink did not indicate
to SLOODA the reason for Casenbrinkle request for these materials, but
SLOBODA did know Ossenbrink's phone extenelon at Camp King, ainoe
Oasenbrink occasionally left word with SLOBODA for SLOBODA'a superior,
Mr. Len Keller, Chief of Publications Procurement Section, to phone
 Oseeabrink for official purposes.
                                               oz
      2, Onsenbrink h as questioned all K3AREK A 5I staff members on
their nowledie of SLCDODA, making use of a photogaph of SLOSODA for
this purpose. None had any personal contact with him however, all
felt that they had seen his at the Canp King soffee bar. It snould
be noted that many US Army military personnel at Camp Iin hayg
official knowledge of the official and unofficial name of (see
attachment under separate cover). and -tat the KUARXICAMIE staff
members are employees of J bige4 to Coad King for work in
3(EHIN. The mane and sicaion ofNC K is claseified presently
C QFIDESTIAL - 10PORJ, which means th4 the official name and mission
of LCyAYHIX io widely known among other 'S Army offices at Camp King,
whioh also had frequent occasion to deal with SLOBODA's former office.
Moreover, in conversing with 0S Army personnel at the Camp King soffee
bar, it is conceivable that SLODODA learned the true nans of all
IUBARLKC A]IIK personnel without their knowledge,

      3. In eumma, it appears that SLBOI could have learned the
following about [CA 51 during the period Kareh-Augvst 1960 -

a?- a, Official and unofficial nme and Uiesto2 of
C(3INE. (Official and unofficial name of (4NIE1
      forwarded as Identities A. and B, respectiveljae449r

b, True mae of KMARK and LCGr9IjK staff awabores
including the fact that they are assigned to Camp King
