Manuel RAY Case

' reports that on a JUne Andrew bt. George, the

telephone calls to Miami from Nassau in Spanish. The

called lawyer Little and told him that he couldn't
guarantee the fee but that the money was: expected through

or Bank7 produced $1,000.

information from the rGOpverno indicates that Reingold was
probably instrunentar-in hiring a lawyer at St. George's
request and probably paid for the legal fees involved.
The $1,000 is obviously much more than was needed to pay
the $14 fine for each person that %us levied by the British
court.
