             PDairtel dated 5/20/64 advried that Sue Nachols Was Inter-
   viewed by Phfladelphn  Agents in regard to. subject Bufaltnoo, on
   6/7/G1 which interview I  recorded on pages 5 nd k1 of £PhilAdelphia
   report of SA- Frederich T. 'oulihan dated 6/30/61. It is noted that
   your office did not prepare an ID-302 sine the infomation  received
   from Nichols was nonspecific and of no evidentlary value.

   trial attorney, InstIration and Naturaltzation Service (INS) the
