Dear Mr.  Cummins:

          In connection  with  its investigation   into the
circumstances   surrounding  the death  of President  John F.
Kennedy,  the Select  Committee  on Asspssiantions   requests
that  it be granted  access  to the following  Warren  Commis-
sion  documents,  currently  in the possession  of  the National
Archives  and withheld  from  release  by the Central  Intelli-
gence  Agency.

               Information  developed  by CIA on  the activity  of
               Lee Harvey  Oswald in Mexico  City,  28 September-
