Victor Petrovich KAMKIN, Elena Andreevna iy4KIN and Nin    SAPEiN
had been the subjects of an Internal Security - datyp vestigation
as of 1951 and that: There is no derogatory data of a subversive
nature in the files of this Bureau conernin    the subject of your
