      Subject met I. TRVIGADN at DAVIDSON's of ice 12/8/590
      Desired assistance of-DAvIDsorffor invasion of.Panoma'in
      January, 1960.  Again met at same place with DAVIDSON and
      LEOPOLDO ARAGON, 12/9/59 and 12/11/59. Discussed above
      invasion plans. MIRO  told DAVIDSON he had support of US
      Government for invasion. DAVIDSON told 1IRO 12/11/59, he
      had checked with   - US Government agency and could not
      verify any backing for MIRO. DAVIDSW  told MIRO he would
      give no assistance. MIRO told DAVIDSON that RALPHMCL LAIN
      CIA representative, Panama, could verify support of US for
      MIRO.  Subject interviewed 12/17/59. At first dehied above
      and later stated he did not desire to discuss the matter,
