On Juno I1, 1954, he - received the TAT and a Free Adoociation Test, ucins a list of words that was copecially prepared for him. On that date, he promisod to como back to bring a list that he had made of all his soizures since September 1942 up to the present time, with an indication of the eotional problems that ho had on tho.days he was sick, This list was brought, by him, to our office.on June 30, 1964.
