               n March,  April and May of 1965. A tumor doiagi of 5794
     ado was delivered, representIng the maximum cobalt irradiation therapy
   which the patient can tolerate.

   As  you know, we have been. concerned that this neoplasm may become
   uncontrotLable by conservative means, and therefore a radical cyetectomy
   with supravesical urinary diversion has been recommended toi
   As  of this data, he has refused this treatment, even though he de a
   the seriousness of his problem.
