PA2iAsT 1s to be canended for his handling of AEDUD-1, his quick grasp of thea importance of security, and his excellent reporting. 2. Headquarters is aware of the Stration's shortage of personnel, pa.rticularly in the stenographic staff, but sujests that, insofar as possible, PASAVOY's reports be separated by subject. If notes dealing with propaganda, for example, could be submitted separately fron those dealing with paramilitary matters, it would expedite and saiplity distribution at Hoadquarters to appropriate action elements. When feasible, separate dispatches for memoranda dealing with each subject would be appreciated. It is requested also that an original and two copies of each mnoranda be forwarded. 3* It is noted that several or PASSAVOY's reports contain recommendations or requests for information on which to base a reply to AEBUD-1. In some instances it is not clear whether the station ham taken action, or whether it is expected from Headquarters. It Is requested that the Station's covering dispatch state clearly when action by Headquarters is desired.
