As a reslt of the recent review done of the LIFEAT Lad LIENTO Project, it ca to eadquarters attention that LIENVOY-8, who ws believed to have been terminated, was still overed by the LIEEVOY Project. 2, According to MMA-14876, LIEDY-8 was the cause of a security problem for LIEVOY in February 1960 when he req'jested relesse from LIXNT and a transfer to his parent organization, the LINY-8 was described as a scur nationalist who disapproved of ODTOEE's sharing of the LIENTOT take. 3. Headquarters now notes that LIEPOY-8's clearance has &over been cacelled and there is no Agent Service Record or termination report to his file. LIEOY-8 was Included in the LIEDT Project renewal request for tUe 1961/62 project year, but not for the 1962/63 year. The field project reewal request for the 1963/64 year included him again. 4. It is requested that the Stat ion inform Headquarters of the pwesent status of LIEYOT-8 (201-118400). If he has been termiLated, please forward as Agent Service Record.
