The following is a translation of a document provided by Source, containing the policy guidance directive of the Cuban General Directorate of Intelligence (Direccion General de Inteligencia - DGI), MA Department, for Cuban intelligence representatives in Honduras. The MA Department no longer exists as such, having been divided - into two departments: Illegal Department (Ilegal) and National Liberation Department (Liberacion aCinT1 - LN).
