   1.  Carmen is a secretary in the'LI Section (Department of
Technical Operational Support) of the Direccion General de
Inteligencia (General Directorate of Intelligence - DOI).

   2.  Carmen was born between 1943 and 1945, is five feet
five inches tall, weighs between 110 and 115 pounds, and has
4 thin build. She has a white complexion; long, reddish hair;
brown eyes; a thin face and lips; a small mouth; and white,
uniform teeth.1
