          document which cortains  the General Directorate  of Intelligence   /
          (Direccion Gener.l  de Irteligencia - DGI)  MA Department's
          policy guidancz- directive for Cuban intelligence  representatives
          in Nicaragua.  The  MA Department no longer  exists as such,  having
          beer divided into two  departments:  Illegal  Department  (Ilegal)
          and the Naional  Liberation  Department  (Liberacion Nacional  - LN).
