During the meeting with AIHIP-1 on 22 July, I asked his whether he knew
E Inglesa .He said Yes then wondered whether we were thinking of atting in
teuch with him. I said No, his name came up in connection with Trasancos) and we
were wondting whether he was, by chance, a friend of JBASH-1, since we had noticed
the tendency in LASH's group to use nicknames -
14I? said that (E1 Ingles)was a friend of AMLASH-1, and that the latter had stayed

with Inglanwha he was in Paria circa June 1963. He added that he was a nice
man, but one full of complexes. Queried1 he explained that he meant personal
complexas, nothing bad, but that he was just not a serene person. He expressed the
opinion that he was good, that he know nothing bad about him.

addition, due totasancost)talkativeness, it may be possible thatc l Ingles knows
something of AMLASHIs plans, and may fear to be asked about this subject.
