Chief of Station, Mexico Cityv X. mum
 (LIHUFF/l -- Performance Report
ACTsas Eggan - REFRVmx

        1. Subject has been a contact of the Mexico City Station since
1950, although it was not until I November 1962 tihat he was placed
in a regular pay status. He is presently being paid a salary of
U.S. dollars $,300.00 per month to act as an informant on the
2,activities of groups. From time to
time Subject Ts also used as a means or financing student action
   harassment operations.
        2. Subject is handled exclusively by the Chief of Station,
Maxico, using social acquaintance as cover.

        3. In view of Subject's overt position iIS I _1o
   a wide-spread organization
it is unlikely that he coutd be available to transfer to another-r
area unless suitable overt employment were also available to him
   in commercial circles.
        4. During the period, Subject has been in ccntact with the
Mexico Station, he has performed his WOFPCT assigreents in a most
effective manner. The stuoent group to which Subject has provided
guidance and direction has effectively carried out a number of
successful harassment activities in behalf of the Mexico Station.
This agent would be a worthwhile to any Station where contact
with right-wing conservative groups is desirable. He could also
be used as a support asset for funding or cut-out activities.
