A, the Station was informed in reference B, JMZIP wishes to terminate its relationship with AM4PAS/1 effective 1 January 1962 because of agent's loss of accesa to the target. According to reference C, the Station wishes to continue using AMCPAS/1 to satisfy general needs of the Station. It is therefore requested that effective I Jamary 1962, all funds paid AIMPAS/l be charged to the Mexico City OA and not to JE4IP. If, prior to 1 January 1962 the Station decides to terminate ANPAS/1, a bonus of $100 plus travel expenses to PBPRIM are authorized from J1.ZIP funds. 2. To cover ANMPAS/1's work for the Station, it will be necessary to amend to reviewrthe operation as stated in paragraph 3 of reference C. The Station might also consider preparing a formal contract. Subject is now under oral contract only. 3. In accordance with the wishes of the Station as expressed in MUXI-9443, and agreed to in a subsequent cable, Headquarters is no longer in contact with AMP'AS/1. There are still ame administrative details pending, hcwever, and Headquarters would appreciate the Station.having AM-PAS/l couplete the following forms and return then to Headquarters: A.
