IDSIFI       DATA.

     Subject is a thirty-five-ear-old married Cuban national who
 recently fled.to the United States and is presently reziding in IHew
 York City.  Subject, prior to his arrival in the U. Z., ves professionally
 ocewpied as a  riter and redio and television conenttor.   He is a
 ell-known  personality in Cuba.

      Subject was contacted by Mr. Joseph Vidal, CI/Staff, vo debrinfed       -
  Subject and obtained PQ iutoxrnion.   Subject is being considered as.
  a possible PP asset by this igency.



      1.  A polyGraph interview a  arranged Sor Subject at the request
  of Mr. J. Vidal on 12 My 1960 at a covert site in ashington, D. C.
-R%--erviev   aid testing took place fram 1430 to 1630 hours. Mr.
          isted as interpreter daring the interview and testing.

      2.  Prior to testing, the undersigned revieved the test questions
  with J. Vidal and it was determined that the test was to be basically
  devised to assist in acertaining whether or not Subject is, or ha
  been, smpathetic to Camznim,   wheter .Subject bas been a member of
  any Comunist organization,  and whether the possibility exists that
  Subject is presently clandeatinely conected vith the Castro Government.

      3.  The following specific test qestions were posed during the
  polygraph exanationi
