   at his firn in accoriance with arrangements made last night. CASA said
   that his chief would not release him for the several days. required for
   the Yoxico trip. On bein  aski  If he objected to our discussing the
   sitvation with his chief, CASAS said that he had no objections, but hebU
   did express cnitcern about a job.  He was  asured that his job was not
   to be jeopardIzed. On further query,tCAnASJsaid that he would make the 6O
   trip if we could get the approval of his thief,
