It is planned to carry out the assessment assignment as follows. 2An Av, assessment ps chologist docmented as a consultant pf I___ contact an unwitting candidate for the Sv10 RED-SKI progrzaby telephone or correspondence. The candidate will be informed that the consultant is acting on behalf of confidential clients in the industry, education and government who have a variety of assignments overseas of varying duration and degrees of perrmanence. If the individual indicates avail- ability the assessment psychologist wiL contact Mai in person and carry out an interview and whatever further assessment is possible under the cover. 2. Dr. Kenneth Bradt will be the psychologist on the AME Staff who will make the first assessments under this cover. He. entered-on- duty with this Organization on 13 December 1954 and is at present a G3-33. In addition to his Agency duties he is a psychological consultant for the Applied Psychological Corporation, Arlington, Virginia. Dr. Bradt has been an overt member of the Agency during his entire career, with one exception: during December 1960 and January 19-61 he as on a rojectU, the cover for which was provided by the oparating division. 3. It is roquested that the appropriate documentation be provided for Dr. Bradt and that the necessary atcps 'e tal en to protect his employmen with tho Agency. 4.
