Reference Is made to memoranidum dated i1fApri 1963 from Mr. Joseph Huphy, DODS/Secuity to DO/COCM relative to the above. Subject. In response to a request from Chiefs, Support/DODS,..the writer initiated appropriate and final cover/security action to permit implementation of the Subject proposal as soon as possible. 2. On 16 April 1963, the writer met with Mr. DO/COCM, for final discussions prior'to .thecover sicurity briefing of SAS Career Agent Ross Crozier. Folk in approval of the proposed plan of action by Mr. Stan Gane D - Mr Chief, Support/DODS; and Mr. DOCOCM arrangements ware made to meet in the . M. on 11April.19&3 with SAS Case Officer Mr. Charles Ford and Career Agent Ross Crozier. 3. In the A. M. on 17 April 1963 the writer met with Mr. Charles Ford and Mr. Ross Croier and escorted both individuals to Room 633 of thieU(tUTDONE offices. Ross Crozier was given a briefi ret (1) the background of the O'CWIUTDONE company which included identification of the com- pany as that which was listed on the door. of Room 633; (2) introduced to the published telephone number in the metro- politan -directory; and (3) in general terms given an in* sight into -the function of the company and its rather broad charter rights which logically permitted & company representa tive to concern himself with venture capital, etc. in the ZI or outside the continental limits of the United States. Crozier was further reminded that the cover of (WtOUTDONE was not to be used for official purposes; that Lsy-credit in the area, employment references, etc., since this employent was not. one which afforded sufficient backstop. On the other hand he was reminded that the UtbUTDONE cover and its cover office .W
